​As a wife, mom, and small business owner myself, I understand how valuable your time is and how overwhelming it can be to juggle the demands of running a business. That’s why I’m passionate about helping small business owners like you take control of their finances, eliminate financial stress, and feel confident about the future of their businesses.
​With over eight years of experience in the finance industry and dual associate degrees in Accounting & Finance and Business Administration, I specialize in providing accurate, efficient, and reliable virtual bookkeeping services. My journey began as a Staff Accountant at a private firm, where I managed monthly bookkeeping, completed client catch-ups in QuickBooks Online, prepared month-end financial reports, and more. I loved the work and quickly realized my true passion was helping independent business owners simplify their financial management and focus on what matters most to them.​

Why I Do What I Do
After the birth of my son, I became more motivated than ever to chase my dreams of creating a life filled with love, laughter, and meaningful connections. Launching Watkins Bookkeeping allowed me to combine my passion for accounting with my desire to build a business that supports other entrepreneurs while giving me the flexibility to spend time with my family.
A Little About Me
When I’m not crunching numbers, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, my son, and our two cuddly labs. I also love shopping with my mom, baking, organizing (it’s my superpower!), and getting creative with DIY projects.
Fun fact: I used to run a craft business making custom bleached t-shirts for individuals and local vendor fairs in Eastern NC!
